Engelhardt, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes that she is and was on August 31, 2006, the duly qualified and acting Deputy Clerk of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota; that on said date she caused to be mailed a copy of the attached notice of Rescheduled Public Hearing for Golf Zone IUP Amendment and Variance - Planning Case 06-30 to the persons named on attached Exhibit "A", by enclosing a copy of said notice in an envelope addressed to such owner, and depositing the envelopes addressed to all such owners in the United States mail with postage fully prepaid thereon; that the names and addresses of such owners were those appearing as such by the records of the County Treasurer, Carver County, Minnesota, and by other appropriate records. GOLF ZONE: Request for an amendment to Interim Use Permit #98-2, Conditional Use Permit, and Site Plan Review with Variances for a proposed addition to the principal structure. The addition will require a variance for building square footage. The site is located in the Agricultural Estate (A2) District at 825 Flying Cloud Drive. The public hearing has been RESCHEDULED for October 3. 2006 in the City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may not start until later in the evening, depending on the order of the agenda.
