North Half of Section 5, a distance of 201.07 feet to the point of beginning of said Line
A; thence South 05 degrees 25 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 154.51 feet;
thence 165.71 feet Southerly on a non-tangential curve, concave Westerly, having a
radius of 60.00 feet, a central angle of 158 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds, a chord
bearing of South 03 degrees 48 minutes 07 seconds West, and a chord distance of 117.84
feet; thence South 30 degrees 22 minutes 28 seconds East, not tangent to said curve, a
distance of26.37 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of said Minnesota State Highway
No.7 and said Line A there terminating.
