Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants a conditional use permit for the following use: Construction of a monument sign with a motion (LED) display on property zoned Office & Institutional District (01). 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property ("subject property") in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota: See attached "Exhibit A" 3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant must obtain both a sign permit and building permit prior to erecting the sign. 2. The foundation and sign connections (i.e. bolt type, bolt size, embedment and, location) must be designed by a structural engineer. 3. The site plan must be revised to show the proposed location of the monument sign showing property line setback dimensions. 4. Brick used on monument sign shall match principal structure. 5. Usage of LED sign shall be limited to the hours between 6:00am to 1O:00pm. 4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public hearing for violation of the terms of this permit. 5. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the authorized construction has not been substantially completed or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse, unless an extension is granted in accordance with the Chanhassen Zoning Ordinance. 1 .- 6.
