The second dwelling unit shall not be rented to anyone other than the applicants' mother/mother-in-Iaw. 2. All outstanding permits that have been obtained for improvements to the property must receive final inspection approval prior to occupancy of the additional unit. 3. The proposed dwelling unit must be constructed in accordance with Minnesota State Building Code."
