On February 23, 2006, the City of Chanhassen mailed a public hearing notice to you regarding the
following proposal: .
· Request for a Wetland Alteration Permit for excavation and maintenance of five (5) storm water
ponds for the purpose of improving water quality in the Rice Marsh Lake and Lake Riley watersheds.

The public hearing has beeu'RESCHEDULED for Tuesdav. March 21. 2006 in the City Hall
Council Chambers. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may not start until later in the
evening, depending on the order of the agenda.
