CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, l\1INNESOT A VARIANCE 06-29 1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants the following variance: The City Council approves the variance for the use of a single-family dwelling as a two-family dwelling in Single-Family Residential (RSF) District at 6221 Greenbriar A venue. 2. Property. The variance is for property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: Lot 16, Block 4, Minnewashta Heights 3. Conditions. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The second dwelling unit shall not be rented to anyone other than the applicants' mother/mother-in-law. 2. All outstanding permits that have been obtained for improvements to the property must receive final inspection approval prior to occupancy of the additional unit. 3. The proposed dwelling unit must be constructed in accordance with Minnesota State Building Code. 4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
