On March 20, 2006, the Chanhassen City Council approved an amendment to Site Plan Review 2003-7 SPR - Planning Case 05-39, for the construction of a Club House, a Maintenance Building, a golf ball washing building and a lean-to for a golf course as shown in plans dated received January 6,2006, with conditions. One of the conditions of approval stated "The temporary 120 square-foot octagon building mayremain on the site for a time period not to exceed six month after City Council approval." The deadline to remove the temporary 120 square-foot octagon building was September 20, 2006. This building must be removed immediately.
