Sorry we did not get more chance to visit last night. It was busy and things are moving forward. That is the good news. 1. I think we may need to change "dedicate" to some other word when it comes to the Bluff Creek areas. The whole donation deal is one we want to do, but I think the attorney for Sever needs to help us so we get the desired result. It will be a transfer in fee rather than just an easement. Also since there will be pond construction in that area, what is the timing on that. After the pond is constructed, since that will be a City maintained pond anyway. I am open and just want to do the right thing. 2. The park purchase if it is to match to the contract should be 235,000 per acre plus a price escalation of 7% per annum from August 25, 2005 until the date of closing. This will then be consistent with the contract. All simple things. Also I let Kate know that there are 82 lots rather than 81 so there will be a bit more in fee revenue for the City.
