PROPOSAL SUMMARY
The applicant is requesting final plat approval for the first phase of Lakeside
consisting of 18 lots, 10 outlots and right-of-way for public streets. The first
phase of the development consists of the community building and storm water
pond, 11 lots for townhouses on the west side Of the development (W ooddale
Builders, Inc.), 4 lots for twin homes on the east side the development (Charles
Cudd Company), Outlot A which will contain the street and utilities for
