A 94.8 acres site, that is generally bounded on the south and west by County Road 18 (Lyman Boulevard), on the north by the Twin Cities and Western Railroad, and on the east by Bluff Creek in Chanhassen, Minnesota, is proposed for development of a 405,000 square foot high school and campus to be open by the fall of 2009. The EA W describes the plan for the high school campus. The agency review deadline is December 6, 2006. The public will be given an opportunity to comment on the EA W for the proposed project at a public meeting to be held November 21,2006 at Chanhassen City Hall. Public comments on the proposed project will be accepted by the City through December 11, 2006. Comments should be submitted to Robert Generous, AICP, City of Chanhassen, P. O.
