Dear Mr. Schutrop:
This letter is remind you of the anniversary of approval on January 9, 2006, by the
Chanhassen City Council of the Preliminary plat for Bluff Creek Twinhomes.
City Code, section 18-41, requires the filing of a final plat application within one
year of preliminary plat approval. If the final plat application is not filed within
this period, the preliminary plat will be considered void unless for good cause
shown an extension is requested in writing by the subdivider and granted by the
City Council prior to the one-year anniversary date ofthe preliminary plat
approval.
Final plat documents must be submitted to the City three weeks prior to the City
Council meeting in whichyouwishtohave your final plat approved if submitted
by December 18, 2006 or 30 days prior to the CityCounicl meeting after
December 21,2006. Enclosed is the list of items required for submittal for final
plat approval.
