Dear Mr. Scofield:
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $5,000 which represents the
security posted as a condition of the above-referenced site plan permit ($2,500 -
boulevard restoration and drivewayaprons.and $2,500- erosion control). I am
returning the escrow because the project did move fOrward. As a result, Site Plan
Permit #04-41 is now void.
