NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-02
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 2,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Rezoning
from RR, Rural Residential, to RSF, Single Family Residential; Comprehensive Land Use Map
Amendment from Residential-Large Lot to Residential-Low Density; Subdivision of 20 acres into
22 lots and 3 outlots; Variances and Vacation of existing right-of-way on property located at 7537
and 7570 Dogwood Road - The Arbors. Applicant: Carlson Custom Homes, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/planl07-02.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
