NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 2,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Subdivision of property into three (3) single-family lots with Variances on property zoned
Residential Single Family located at 6570 Chanhassen Road - Fox Hill. Applicant: 10 Spring
Homes, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-03.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
