All of the trees, shrubs and perennials are in. There are areas around the entry drive with EC blanket that haven't germinated yet and an area near the hydrant along Tanadoona Dr near the entrance that looks like it's getting sediment from runoff and is therefore bare. The landscape escrow can be reduced to 10%of the total if those issues will be addressed by the erosion control or boulevard restoration.
