I have been contacted by an existing Chanhassen business who would like to develop their own 4,000 to 5,000 square foot building. As the City doesn't have any direct contact information for ECE I, LLC, and therefore I am sending this letter as an inquiry. It should be noted that the additional building eligibility on the 7750 Galpin Boulevard site was previously approved by the City in concept,but only possible by reservation of the vacant parcel of land north of W. 78th Street without development.
