Chanhassen,MN(Crème de la Crème Early Learning Center): along with the adjacent vacant 6.2 acre
property immediately north of West 78th Street.

As a part of the original development(Children's Learning Adventure),there was an area reserved for a
potential future user on the northern portion of the 7750 Galpin Boulevard site. I have been contacted by
an existing Chanhassen business who would like to develop their own 4,000 to 5,000 square foot
building. The future building site on the 7750 Galpin Boulevard property came to my attention,and I am

looking for contact information from your organization to open up dialogue about the feasibility of this
concept. As the City doesn't have any direct contact information for ECE I, LLC, and therefore I am
sending this letter as an inquiry.
It should be noted that the additional building eligibility on the 7750 Galpin Boulevard site was
previously approved by the City in concept,but only possible by reservation of the vacant parcel of land
north of W. 78th Street without development. The City is not aware that ECE I,LLC has any plans for
developing the vacant site to the north, but wanted to make sure all of the facts are known.
