NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2022-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for rezoning
property from Rural Residential District to Single-Family Residential District and subdivision of
4.84 acres into two lots with variances on property located at 1441 Lake Lucy Road. Zoned
Rural Residential (RR). Property Owner: Dianne G. Morin Trust / Applicant: Civil Site Group.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the City’s website
at www.ChanhassenMN.gov/ProposedDevelopments or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
