Dear Mr. Mayes:
This letter is to formally notify you that the City is taking the additional 60-day extension to
process the request for the Fox Hill Drive subdivision with variances, as permitted under MN
STAT. 15.99.
This extension, which ends on October 15, 2022, is due to the Planning Commission tabling
action on the application and requesting revisions to your original plan to minimize tree removal
on the site. This application has been scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commission on
September 6, 2022.
