NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2022-04A
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for a mixed-use Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning with Site Plan for four storage
buildings, Vacation of Easements / Right-of-way, Consolidation of Lots, and Variance(s) on
approximately 8.3 acres with a land use designation of Mixed on property located at 10500 and
10520 Great Plains Boulevard. Zoned: Fringe Business District. Property Owner: PCH
Development LLC / Applicant: Ron Schatzle, RSI Marine.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the City’s website
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/proposeddevelopments or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
