Subdivision and Rezoning be rescheduled to the September 12, 2022 City Council meeting. The
UNDERSIGNEDS, as applicant and fee owners, hereby grant and extension until September 16, 2022, for
the City of Chanhassen to act upon the preliminary plat and rezoning of Gale Morin Subdivision.
