A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE AMENDMENT
FROM RESIDENTIAL - LARGE LOT TO RESIDENTIAL - LOW DENSITY;
THE ARBORS
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen has requested a Comprehensive Plan Land Use
Amendment from Residential-"-large Lot to Residential - Low Density for the westerly 425 feet
of Lot 2, Block 1, Zimmerman Farm First Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Chanhassen Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on January 16,
2007, and voted to recommend approval of the land use amendment, and
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen has submitted the proposed amendment to all
adjacent governmental jurisdictions for their review and comment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment from Residential- Large Lot to Residential- Low
Density for the westerly 425 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Zimmerman Farm First Addition, contingent
on Metropolitan Council review.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 22nd day of January, 2007.
