NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
Site Plan
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Approval
for a 31,200 square-foot office warehouse expansion to an existing 101,600 square-foot
Variance
building with a for property zoned Planned Unit Development located at 7975 Century
Boulevard (Lot 1, Block 1, Arboretum Business Park). Applicant: Martin Woody Architects –
HEARTLAND BUILDING EXPANSION

interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
