Box 147 Chanhassen, MN55317 Re: File No. 110 Dear Mr. Hobbs: Chanhassen Village Hall & Park Restoration On behalf of the Minnesota Bicentennial Commission, I wish to commend you for your excellent project and thank you for helping us make the Bicentennial a truly significant event. Each of us can be very proud of Minnesota's contribution to the nation's two hundreth anniversary celebration. Over the past year the Commission has remained apprised of the hundreds of exciting programs, projects and events taking place throughout Minnesota but it has had relatively few opportunities to actually meet with program people to discuss plans and monitor project progress. Therefore, we have assigned a Commission Member to contact you very soon to initiate plans for a site visit. While on site the Commission representative will discuss with you what has occurred to date, your timetable, any major problems and any other information that relates to your current status. The Commission is looking forward to these meetings and to reviewing the accomplishments of this Bicentennial year. Sincerely, : '-' / xr. — Ed Mc(aa Chairman, MINNESOTA AMERICAN REVOLUTION BICENTENNIAL COMMISSION Commission Member: Ms. Fern Sullivan e,o,r,oNa m z , MINNESOTA AMERICAN REVOLUTION BICENTENNIAL COMMISSION Room 12,State Capitol,Saint Paul, Minnesota—55155,Tel.612/296-5090
