Grover, for a term of 6 months from July 1 , 1971 , at a rental of $60.00 per month. I assume that the executed copy of the lease is in the Village files. My file reflects that this is the last lease I prepared for this site , and I assume that no subsequent lease was granted. As the written lease has expired, the tenancy occupied by the lessee is now one classed as a month to month tenancy which can be terminated on 30-days written notice. This should make it easier for the City's reacquisition of the property for Bi-Centennial purposes. Incidentally, my file does not reflect that the title to this property has been examined. The site was acquired in June of 1898 , consists of 13/45ths of an acre , and is legally described as follows: commencing at a point 6 rods south of the 1/4 stake on the north line of Section 13 , Township 116 , Range 23 , and from said point of commencement due south on quarter line 9 rods , thence west at right angles to said last line 8 rods , thence north parallel with said first line 9 rods, thence east to place of beginning. -ry trul yours , 401.44.1M- Russell H.
